We manage incoming offers, negotiate economic terms and provide support through to deal closure.
Buy-side Transactions
For acquisitions of shareholdings, business units or subscriptions in capital increases, we assist clients in defining strategic objectives and identifying target companies. We support the formulation of offers, the due diligence process and contract negotiations, accompanying the client through to finalization of the purchase.
