We are currently looking for two professionals:

+ Senior Accountant & Tax Advisor

We are looking for a professional with at least five years of experience in a professional services firm.

We are looking for someone who can work independently in managing bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and handling tax compliance, while taking direct responsibility for a portfolio of clients and becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.

We offer

The selected professional will be directly responsible for a portfolio of clients, with duties including:

  • – Full-time employment contract;
  • – Employment under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Professional Firms (CCNL Studi Professionali);
  • – Indicative monthly net salary between €1,600 and €2,000, depending on experience and level of autonomy.

+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

We are looking for a professional with at least five years of experience who is interested in building a long-term collaboration with the firm.

The role will involve providing corporate and tax advisory services, preparing financial statements, supporting M&A and other extraordinary transactions, developing business plans, carrying out business valuations, and working on corporate finance projects.

We offer
  • – Self-employed collaboration under a VAT registration (Partita IVA);
  • – Compensation consisting of a fixed retainer and a performance-based component linked to assignments and results.
